British Gay porn company Primal UK, who are based in Brighton, have been commended for their take on the sleazier side of gay porn, their very gritty British look, and their use of regular guys. Primal's debut release Absolution was nominated for an award in the GAYVN Awards 2006 in the catagory Best Extreme Speciality Release. The film has also been nominated for Best Domination film and Best Bondage film in other awards.
